Our Warranty Promise
At Charge247, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
All our products are backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults and defects under normal use.
Our warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — not instead of them.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers:
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
Faults that prevent the product from performing as described
If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it — at our discretion — in line with the ACL.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage (drops, water exposure, bending, etc.)
Misuse, neglect, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
Modifications or repairs by unauthorised persons
Damage caused by using incompatible chargers, cables, or accessories
Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
If we determine the issue is not covered by warranty, we’ll notify you before taking any further steps.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
Contact our support team at info@charge247.com.au
Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video evidence if possible
Our team will review your claim and provide return instructions if needed
Once we receive and assess your product, we’ll notify you of the outcome within 5–10 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will:
Repair the product (if possible), or
Replace it with an identical or equivalent item, or
Refund the original purchase amount to your payment method.
Return postage costs for valid warranty claims are covered by Charge247.
Proof of Purchase
All warranty claims require proof of purchase — such as your order confirmation email, tax invoice, or receipt.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
This means even after your 12-month warranty, you may still have rights under the ACL depending on the nature of the fault.
