Products and Availability

We take great care to ensure our products are accurately described and in stock.
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, update product details, or withdraw items without prior notice.

If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to arrange a refund, exchange, or back-order.

Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed directly through our secure online checkout.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery (Australia Only)

We deliver Australia-wide using reliable carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.

Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses or delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds – 30-Day Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) is provided.

Return postage is covered by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that our goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@charge247.com.au.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product is faulty or not as advertised.
We may request photo evidence to help us assess the issue.

Warranty

All Charge247 products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects.
This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear

Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose

Unauthorised modifications or repairs

If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Charge247 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Governing Law
