Returns & Refunds Policy



Our Promise

At Charge247, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We’re a small Australian business that believes in great service, reliable products, and hassle-free support.
If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it — quickly and fairly.


Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) must be provided.

The item must be in resalable condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please contact our support team before sending any returns so we can provide the correct return address and reference.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

Has a manufacturing fault,

Arrives damaged, or

Is not as described or doesn’t perform as advertised.

If your item arrives in this condition:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and a clear description (or photo) of the issue.

We’ll organise a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate — and cover return postage if required.

We’ll always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.


Warranty

All Charge247 products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect,

Normal wear and tear,

Issues caused by using the product for purposes other than its intended use.

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required under the ACL.


Refund Method

Refunds are processed using your original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Afterpay).
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the funds once we issue the refund.


Returns Process

Email info@charge247.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

Safely package your item to avoid damage in transit.

Once received, we’ll assess and process your refund or replacement promptly.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

Shipping Policy



Shipping Overview

At Charge247, we’re proud to be an Australian-owned business that ships fast and locally.
We partner with trusted carriers including Australia Post to deliver your orders safely and efficiently anywhere in Australia.

All orders are packed with care and dispatched from our Australian warehouse.


Order Processing Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
You can monitor your parcel’s progress directly via Australia Post tracking portal.

If your tracking link isn’t updating or your parcel seems delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll investigate.


Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Double-check your delivery address on your order confirmation.

Use your tracking number to view any updates.

Contact us at info@charge247.com.au if it has been more than 10 business days since dispatch.

We’ll contact the courier on your behalf and help resolve any delays.

Please note: while we’ll assist with lost parcels, Charge247 cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the packaging or product.
We’ll replace or refund the affected items in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

Some couriers may offer an “Authority to Leave” option at checkout.
By selecting this, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location if you’re not home.
Charge247 is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivered under ATL instructions.


Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is marked as Pre-Order or Backorder, we’ll display an estimated dispatch date on the product page.
You’ll receive an update via email once the item has shipped.
